Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Software Development Services
Custom Projects
Refunds available during initial phase (first 14 days) if deliverables don't meet specifications.
No refunds after approval of requirements and commencement of development work.
Milestone-Based Projects
Payment tied to approved milestones. Refunds for incomplete or non-delivered milestones only.
Delivered and approved milestones are non-refundable.
2. Internship & Training Programs
Fees are non-refundable after program commencement.
Full refund available if cancellation is made 7 days before program start.
50% refund if cancellation is made 3–7 days before start.
No refunds for cancellations within 3 days of program start or after commencement.
3. Digital Products (Templates, Tools, Resources)
No refunds once digital product has been downloaded or accessed.
If product is defective or not as described, contact us within 48 hours for replacement or refund consideration.
Refund decisions are made at our discretion based on evidence of product failure.
4. Subscription Services
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
No refunds or partial refunds for subscription periods already paid.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
5. Project Cancellation by Client
If you cancel a project mid-stream, you are responsible for payment of all completed work and expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation.
Unused prepaid amounts (if any) will be refunded after deducting completed work and costs.
Written cancellation notice is required.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, wars, etc.). In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide fair alternatives.
7. How to Request a Refund
Send refund requests to org@semozhix.in with:
- Order or invoice number
- Reason for refund request
- Any relevant supporting documents
We will respond within 5–7 business days.
Approved refunds processed within 14 business days.
