Client Work Product

Upon full payment for project services:

• Clients receive ownership of custom deliverables specifically created for their project
• Semozhix retains rights to pre-existing materials, templates, frameworks, and methodologies
• Semozhix may showcase completed work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed in writing

User-Generated Content

By submitting content to our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of providing and promoting our Services.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Use our Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code

10. Warranties and Disclaimers

Limited Warranty

Disclaimer of Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by:
